Meet Kendra.

Our editor Kendra Hurley loves the Lord and loves children. With a heart for service, she taught children's Sunday School for over twelve years, and was a nanny for five. She has always considered church the highlight of her week, even at a very young age.

Of course, she comes by it naturally.

Her grandfather is a missionary, and her dad is a pastor. Kendra has spent her entire life surrounded by people who have dedicated their time, treasure, and talents to their God through their churches.

As a big sister, she was always a help to her parents, even with the surprise twins. Then later, when another pastor's wife had twins, she jumped in to help.

These little stories reinforce the Bible's teaching the children hear from their parents and their pastor. They help illustrate biblical principles through delightful stories. They add principle upon principle, precept upon precept.

A child hears the Word of God illustrated in meaningful prose. They learn to love and trust God just a little bit more each day.
